J&B BBQ sauce get's its name from the founders, John & Bruce. This is how John describes the beginning of J&B BBQ Sauce, the company.

Bruce, a pipe fitter by trade, has always enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. After years of tweaking a 30 year old recipe that had been given to him by his sister-in-law, the sauce was perfected.

Over a couple of beer and many BBQs, the J&B BBQ Sauce Company was born. Along with J&B Original Garlic BBQ Sauce, we now have our Spicy BBQ Sauce also available in stores.
